The people and culture of Choice make it a great place to do your work. I wish there was better alignment company-wide on our top priorities and plan to tackle them. It seems that MD and AZ executives are often not working in partnership and have different priorities.

Connecting with others and working as a team to accomplish our goals, no matter how insurmountable they may seem at the time,

Our wellness days and our focus on mental wellness seem to be differentiating vs. the majority of other companies (e.g., Spring Health, and mindshare panels).

Most people at the Choice Scottsdale office truly care- not only about their work, but about the people they do it with. They are committed and take accountability for doing the right thing and doing it well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At Choice's Scottsdale office, there is definitely a welcoming and engaging culture. People get along and are generally welcoming. There isn't a lot of politics from day to day, and you feel like you can really be yourself.
