Our wellness days and our focus on mental wellness seem to be differentiating vs. the majority of other companies (e.g., Spring Health, and mindshare panels).

Most people at the Choice Scottsdale office truly care- not only about their work, but about the people they do it with. They are committed and take accountability for doing the right thing and doing it well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

At Choice's Scottsdale office, there is definitely a welcoming and engaging culture. People get along and are generally welcoming. There isn't a lot of politics from day to day, and you feel like you can really be yourself.
