Fun, creative, innovative, driving for results, generally nice/interesting people who I spend time without outside of work as well.

My team is really creative and always willing to help out, even if it's not part of their job description.

We have a lot of diversity and people are very open and willing to connect with you in an authentic way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are a scrappy company with fewer associates with more on their plates. It would be nice to be compensated accordingly, vs. what someone at a larger company would make doing far less work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They valued my time and set up interviews back to back in a single day. When they decided they liked me, they didn't prolong the process with an additional person who was supposed to interview - they cancelled that extra interview and offered me the job.
