Parkland USA: They communicate really well with me and answer any questions that I have.
Parkland USA: Everyone is vert friendly and takes care of each other. I love how diverse it is.
Parkland USA: Overall I enjoy my job. I would appreciate more incentives / more vacation days. I do put in my all when I am at work and think we need to be treated a little better with pay.. I know everyone wants that! But we work hard and a commission would be nice - based off my hard work!

Parkland USA: I feel like since we have been a part of Parkland, we are number. We have lost the local distributor feel. I used to be able to talk with ownership very easily and felt quite valued. Now, I rarely get to see/hear from any high ups and I am constantly wondering how I am doing and how I am thought of.
Parkland USA: Too many people are skeptical of where we're going as a company, leading to pessimism. We probably need more turnover of legacy employees from pre-acquisition

Parkland USA: Since being a part of the Parkland team it has been a wild ride, but overall everyone has done what they need to make us feel welcomed and helped us keep customers. I have felt leaders fight for us when we needed it and work very hard to insure that we have had everything we need.
Parkland USA: We have been a part of the Parkland Team for over a year now and still do not have an employee manual.
Parkland USA: I see that Parkland cares about everyone. They are putting the changes in place that are needed to make the company and employees succeed. It's exciting to be a positive part in these changes.

Former CEO, successor, and current business operations have no prior enterprise business experience. Decisions isolated from Directors. Third-string operations and marketing.
