USIC: The pay is definitely a factor for the type of work we do, rain, snow, sleet, excessive temperatures and working with contractors. You are essentially a manager for your territory. So much turnover causes over worked employees. 6 to 7 days a week and 58 required hrs.

Allot of standing around showing up late no call no shows and getting way too many chances afterwards to just go do it again. Not enough consequences these days for pure laziness and people that don't deserve the jobs they have.
