First Advantage: The work life balance is great - As long as you do the job you can do it anywhere anytime. There is friendship, comradery amongst the team and banter. Working from home is not lonely as our meetings are engaging and requires our inputs. I'm very appy to work here and will be working for a long time.

Athleta: Customer service needs to be helpful. I had an issue purchasing an item on line using a debit card. I called a total of 5 times, the last escalated to the resolution team, and although everyone was pleasant, no one was able to offer a solution that worked. They were unable to provide a solution.
Boot Barn Holdings: Dont get too invested as a sales associate. Hard work pays off only in your consciousness. Little ability to move up and when you do its pennys on the dollar for more responsibilty.
