Paycom is amazing. The company seems like they really attract the best and it really shows with how well the system works and the people you run into on a day-to-day basis at work. They really want to see their clients and their employees succeed.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been very easy to come to for questions. They helped me go above and beyond the goals I set for myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is a tough question as my direct leadership has been very welcoming and helpful, but they have also been absent. My TL and supervisor have both had very difficult things come up in their personal lives and so when they have been here they have been great but its been a little hit and miss.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I created a group here at Paycom to really get like minded people together. The company is huge but with that means there are many people who have the same interests as others and we just need to be able to reach each other. Everyone at Paycom is very open to any differences people may have.
