Consilio: I work with great people. Management, however, is too busy to effectively manage people. My growth and concerns are ignored. Our annual pay raise was abysmal and did not match the growing expectations of time and stress placed upon us. Consilio needs to treat its staff better.

UT Health San Antonio: Started off on wrong foot when transitioned from contract to full-time employee when pay decreased. I was not told this ahead of time and therefore I was not continuing to interview or seek other employment. Lost my positive feelings about the HR system not being transparent.

Chubb: It's a constant workload without merit. All of the increases in pay I've gotten have amounted to $1.00 an hour in 6 years of an increase.

Too eager to be a "yes man" to management instead of being fair to his employees. Never around to take of issues in the department. Seems to have no drive to show any support for his staff.
