Its been great I have worked really hard and moved up quickly and effectively and its been great cause im not one to get comfortable in one position i love moving up or having a challenge to complete cause i want to win everything
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing of undervalued but i do think the hourly rate isnt the best for being a store manager
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is all supportive with one another and willing to lend a helping hand when it comes to each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to come in and control my pay and help grow my team to be able to have them make the most money possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Well at the moment i dont have a DM i have a stand in DM and its marilin castellanos. She was the past DM and was all around a great leader when it came to respecting the fact i have a personal life and my opions as well as just being an overall great leader who is driven and kep the team driven.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great we have a good culture all around in the store as well as we are all driven by the same thing (money) so it makes all of us happy when we're all doing good. As well as the team has confidence in me and i have confidence in them when it comes to doing our jobs and me being a good ldr
