They truly care about you as an individual. Not just another member of the team.

They like to have fun during team meetings. Dressing up, playing games, etc. It keeps things interesting.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that I have a yearly salary but still get paid overtime for extra hours I work past my regularly scheduled. The bonus potential is great as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not that I necessarily feel undervalued. However, with my education and degree, and the continual rise of cost of living, I believe the pay should be higher and more competitive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really view us all as humans and care about us personally. They want to help us as much as they can to succeed in our positions but also believe in work/life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being more open with sharing compensation across the board. My manager told me that we aren't supposed to talk about our compensation with our coworkers/team members and that is a major red flag.
