I love Elsevier and everything it stands for. The people are wonderful and always willing to help.
They are always friendly and willing to help!
We are always willing to help each other.
The willingness to help at any given time.
Being able to help others within my position.
Being able to help others.
Being able to help others and make a difference.
They listen and take into consideration the suggestions we make.
They are always willing to help in times of need.
Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other out.
They truly care about you as an individual. Not just another member of the team.
They like to have fun during team meetings. Dressing up, playing games, etc. It keeps things interesting.
I love that I have a yearly salary but still get paid overtime for extra hours I work past my regularly scheduled. The bonus potential is great as well.
It's not that I necessarily feel undervalued. However, with my education and degree, and the continual rise of cost of living, I believe the pay should be higher and more competitive.
They really view us all as humans and care about us personally. They want to help us as much as they can to succeed in our positions but also believe in work/life balance.
Being more open with sharing compensation across the board. My manager told me that we aren't supposed to talk about our compensation with our coworkers/team members and that is a major red flag.
