I work with great people. Management, however, is too busy to effectively manage people. My growth and concerns are ignored. Our annual pay raise was abysmal and did not match the growing expectations of time and stress placed upon us. Consilio needs to treat its staff better.

Give us annual raises that are at least on par, if not above, inflation.

Yes I feel undervalued. More growth isn't considered and our annual raise was below inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Consilio does make an effort to foster an open, positive environment. It often falls short with expectations greater than pay. Often their gestures seem hallow.
What makes you most happy at work?
When my work and professional growth coincide. Consilio, and it's various merges, has too many convoluted and pedantic procedures that feel like running on a treadmill.
