I think the location where an employee lives should be taken under consideration. I don't think it's fair that for the same position someone that lives in California/NY (expensive states) should be paid the same as someone who lives in Texas, Kansas, etc.

I could get paid better at other similar jobs in the market. The "merit-based" raise this year didn't even cover inflation so it was a downgrade in pay. I'm still grateful because it could be worse. But it does not give me confidence that the company will ever give me a real and meaningful raise.

They need to care more about their positions. When sent out educational emails they do not respond and still ask the same questions do not read the emails. When taught something new they refuse to use it and just work on easy things when everyone now should be at the same pace.

The executive team has unrealistic goals and forces timelines on teams without seeking their input on feasibility which causes deadlines to push with an appearance that the team failed, when in reality, the timeline was never realistic to begin with.
