While competitive pay is important, I particularly value how the package is structured to recognize performance and extra efforts and time invested, which reinforces a sense of ownership and motivation such that additional contributions feel valued and rewarded.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the location where an employee lives should be taken under consideration. I don't think it's fair that for the same position someone that lives in California/NY (expensive states) should be paid the same as someone who lives in Texas, Kansas, etc.

Salary growth at Consilio is lagging behind the national average, and salaries for specialized personnel is unrealistically low, causing top performers to leave without being able to replace them with similar talent.

I am paid under market value

I could get paid better at other similar jobs in the market. The "merit-based" raise this year didn't even cover inflation so it was a downgrade in pay. I'm still grateful because it could be worse. But it does not give me confidence that the company will ever give me a real and meaningful raise.

Teamwork is inconsistent and being understaffed has a lot to do with how others are working together or creating friction because most are being overworked and leaving as a result.

They need to care more about their positions. When sent out educational emails they do not respond and still ask the same questions do not read the emails. When taught something new they refuse to use it and just work on easy things when everyone now should be at the same pace.

No benefits to the employees are provided from the organization.

Recognition for hard work and a bit more appreciation for individuals that are working on non-revenue generating teams would go a long ways.

The executive team has unrealistic goals and forces timelines on teams without seeking their input on feasibility which causes deadlines to push with an appearance that the team failed, when in reality, the timeline was never realistic to begin with.

Management does not seem to care that co-workers slack off and over look basically everything that is brought to them as to how to make the team better. Again no communication feel like I am just lingering around. Also feel that I and a couple others are the only ones who really care about our work

The vision of the company and the layoffs that have been occurring are not being communicated properly. It creates an uneasy feeling and the responsibilities of our executive and leadership teams is unclear along with some of the choices being made that have company-wide impacts.
