Whilst it's rewarding and motivating to feel appreciated by individuals and managers, this needs to be reflected through the company's approach to retaining hard working employees. Performance based salary increases. If staff feel valued, they will naturally perform better.

Need to address the employee with right compensation. Need to value the experience and seniority. Compensation should not cause the problem in between work environment with paid one to others.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company has grown so fast, and there is no leadership and vision. I have not heard any executive talk about the next 3 years growth plan. No deliberate process of defining an operating model that will help us scale and grow. No focus on leadership development.
