After seeing a lot of companies and branches there is not a single factor who inspires me working for Consilio but the sum of those single factors who create the whole package does...colleagues, supervisor, tasks, internationality, global network of Consilio etc.

Salary could just be a few coins higher...
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Living the mentalitiy of appreciation and recognizing of everybody's potential, work and results independently of job title (f. ex. Admin = me).
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
In my position as Admin often times I need more support and cooperation and less indifference to keep the office in good shape..
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
low hierarchy, no expectations or negative considerations regarding outside work activities f. ex. after-work drink etc., no mobbing or bossing, freedom in fulfillment of own tasks.....
What makes you most happy at work?
Feelgood factor = no stomachache or headache thinking about entering the office or hoping the day will pass asap...+ general nice environment (bulding, central, shopping mall next to us etc.)
