I've never met a single person on the leadership team. It would be great to shake a hand and hear in person their personal goals, company goals, and explain what I can do to best succeed.

I like there is variety available - some things don't suit everyone but it's nice to have choices that suit everyone, regardless of the stage of life etc.

I don't feel undervalued, I am paid well. But I have been underpaid for years and I don't think my pay is consistent with others in my role internally and externally.

Pay is substandard and benefits are too costly. Parental leave policies are not competitive. Without yearly merit increases, and with today's inflation rates, we are all taking pay cuts year over year.

Being part of a sub company (Anexsys), it is almost impossible at times to work with Consilio colleagues as they don't understand UK gov restrictions. Anexsys is always excluded as well from Consilio updates which is not inclusive, the updates always say Consilio, SYKE and LOD... what about Anexsys

It often feels that we are still struggling to fully integrate the many companies that have been acquired to create the current iteration of Consilio. Compass is a mess, most things are out of date, middle management seems overwhelmed, headcounts are too tight (we need to hire more!)

Too big and growing too fast to support itself internally. Will collapse in on itself or lose good key people. Should train and support staff to grow - not just acquire to fast track or will reach breaking point.

Too corporate and woke. Let people know what their goals are, what success looks like, and let them go. We don't need forms, surveys, and social campaigns, rather just vision and goals and a clear picture of what success looks like. When goals are achieved, recognition and compensation is deserved.
