My colleagues. Without the direct team I work with, I would go insane but their support and guidance makes coming to work enjoyable.

I like there is variety available - some things don't suit everyone but it's nice to have choices that suit everyone, regardless of the stage of life etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like to see the collaboration, and the fact the company tries to learn. It doesn't always succeed in how it does things but it tries to make things better.
