Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My attention to detail surpasses some of lateral team's work and when I spot issues in work product, I resolve those issues and bring it to my supervisors to confirm my approach is correct. Supervisors agree with me but rarely follow through on correcting issues at a larger scale.

I do not know what my pay band is, I do not know if I will ever qualify for more than the bonus I'm getting. I don't know what a promotion would look like.

Some of my co workers lack basic knowledge to carry out their day to day activities. I believe they should update themselves in terms of knowledge and skill base so we can collaborate better.
