Overall, I love the remote work. I just happen to work for a very needy immediate supervisor from whom I learn nothing, and I probably won't be able to do what I do without working for him, which means I'll probably leave the company sooner rather than later
i like remote work, i like some of the work I'm doing, but i don't feel like i have a future here
The base pay. Bonuses could be higher.
Their work ethic, their experience, their personality.
Work from home is the most positive.
the most positive thing is remote work
base pay, the bonus is not that great.
Communicating goals and our financial results
I do not know how I progress at this company.
The people who report to me are capable and fun converse with
being able to do my work without discussion or input from unnecessary people
Doing analyses and summarizing the reports. Any time my immediate supervisor is on FTO.
The most positive thing about our culture is our ability to remotely work 100% of the time.
It's a small team, we all get along very well, we are all very good at our technical jobs.
Interacting with my team. When I am able to do my work instead of doing unnecessary work for my boss.
Providing resources for employee's professional development within the company. Facilitate getting the word out about what other groups are doing to help cross sell services.
I do not know what my pay band is, I do not know if I will ever qualify for more than the bonus I'm getting. I don't know what a promotion would look like.
