I am doing what I love to do so it never feels like work - just being productive in the career I have chosen.

I am remote but get to travel and see people in person. We're excellent at being remote but still connected which I think is rare.

Everyone is accountable for their part of the work and are willing to jump in and assist. We function as a well-oiled machine, each doing their part to make us successful.

They are human - doing difficult jobs with class daily. I am so grateful to work at a company that is fast moving, yet takes the time to make sure it's people are trained and ready to each day.

We are all nerds in the best way and enjoy digging into complex ideas and solving problems that did not even exist a few years ago. We're all on the front lines of legal technology and the AI revolution.
