Nothing. The leadership makes more work for already overburdended folks.

MSRP updates sorely needed. Compensation packages are behind the times.

They are mostly competent and willing to do a good job

What i thought was an easy going manner turned out to be a lazy environment of untrained people

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Not sure but constantly gobbling up other businesses isnt the way to be a better company when at the core you arent good

There is little training provided to any staff member, and little professionalism.
