The managment makes it nearly impossible for the employees to adequately serve their patients. Chaos is how the company operates. The patients are rightfully angry because the company lacks the resourses to provide oxygen tanks. Seriously.

The way that they calculate overtime when holiday pay is in play is wage theft.

The employees on tye ground are amazing heros in the trenches doing the best that they can under impossible circumstances.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The quality of the trainng is awful. It should be improved drasticly. The technology/software is unrelyable, and so restrictive and impenetrable as to drive one insane.
