I often compare this job to an abusive relationship between two people: you keep getting beaten and yelled at and you want to leave so badly, but what if nobody else takes you? The imminent danger and toxicity veiled by a thin veneer of false financial security. This is Rotech.

Chit-chatting with your teammates. That's basically it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and employee appreciation are nonexistent in this company. That needs to change.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly and good work ethic even through the quite literally abusive mismanagement and neglect from their leaders.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better benefits, employee incentives, higher base pay, higher raises, cleaning house for management at the West CSC.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a very standard interview. I'm sure a 16-year-old fry cook with enough charisma could have landed the job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Rotech is the most chaotic, horribly managed circus in town. No incentives/acknowledgement to work harder, but your entire team not being able to make the stringent minimum number metrics is cracked down on. "Arbeit macht frei?" At least they were told they'd get something...
