The team is able to work independently. Everyone has the opportunity to bring their ideas into action. Everyone in a leadership role has the opportunity to make decisions as if they were running their own company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Rotech leadership team up to and including the executive level empowers all department leaders to be innovators and develop best practices for their respective departments. I know my leaders will support and encourage my ideas. I've worked for a Fortune 500 company where that was not the case.
