After relocating, I was hired as a Account Exec. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to move back to my original home. The company found a position for me allowing me to stay on board. Less than one year I received a promotion to the position I am in now.

Given the trust and independence to do my job without micromanagement.

Through Rotech's bonus program, all employees are eligible for bonus based on growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every employee has an opportunity to move up in the company if desired. Most of the upper level management were promoted based on skill set, work ethic and the drive to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The patient comes first, Rotech has a "Yes we can" culture providing Account Execs to discuss "one off" who do not fall into the normal acceptance policy. The AE may contact upper management for approval accepting a patient usually ending up with, Yes, we can take care of the patient.
