The openness, willingness to help, focus on supporting one another and the focus on the whole employee and person, not just the professional side of them.

Their honestly, openness, transparency and focus on living our core values every single day. The founders and CEO/CCO truly believe that good ideas come from anywhere in our company and all employees have a voice
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on well-being from the top down really ensures a great balance for the team. Our culture is built on honestly and being humble and continuous improvement and everyone is moving in that same direction
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Many options at affordable prices and the company continues to build on it year over year - for a start up, the benefit package is extremely competitive with even large organizations I have worked for in the past
What did you like most about the interview process?
Really getting to meet so many people through the process that would be pivotal in my success when I joined. I gained even more of an appreciation once I joined and realized they really were transparent. Everything they said about the team and company was all true, in the best possible way
