What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always willing to meet with you to see how things are going or get feedback from you. It's always been an open door policy and that makes you feel like you can be genuine and honest if you are struggling with something or have feedback.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all working on a new team and figuring things out together as we go along. There is a sense of respect there since being in a startup means things chance often. Everyone always has a voice and the opportunity to share with the group.

Everyone is always so willing to help one another out. Being at a company that is scaling, there are always questions about new projects & initiatives. I feel like I can go to so many ppl if I need help or have a question even if they are not the one in charge of that initiative.

Everyone was willing to schedule separate or additional calls with me to answer any questions that came up.

The recruiters were attentive and stayed in communication well. I had enough interviews to understand the team without having too many to be overwhelmed.

Personal touch. Everyone was very friendly and you could tell they cared. I also liked the case study, it was fun and gave me an opportunity to really flex my skills and show them off, vs. just relying on behavioral "does this person like me or not"

That my team and manager trusts me. I'm able to get my work done without being hovered over or micromanaged. There's a great culture on our team of get things done in your way on your time, as long as its completed.
