Everyone is smart. Everyone is so skilled that we can be a small but mighty team because everyone is pulling their weight.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters were attentive and stayed in communication well. I had enough interviews to understand the team without having too many to be overwhelmed.
What makes you most happy at work?
That my team and manager trusts me. I'm able to get my work done without being hovered over or micromanaged. There's a great culture on our team of get things done in your way on your time, as long as its completed.
