I was interviewed by a manager, but immediately got to shadow someone actively in the position I was interviewing for. I was encouraged to ask real questions to that person without retribution (like if they genuinely liked it, or what the worst parts of the job were)

What makes you most happy at work?
When I intro our B2B offering to a new merchant and see how suprised they are we can handle nearly all their supply chain.
