It is the first company I have worked for that truly cares about it's associates. They are always trying to do more for their associates and their clients and it is such an amazing group of people to work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The work/life balance. The PTO is amazing. I have had more time with my family than I have in years.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being with my coworkers. Nobody lets anyone stay down, we will all pick each other up. The greatest people to work with and for.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to just be myself. I didn't have to put on an act. I felt like I was talking to an old friend.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Complete inclusion. We all accept each other, no matter what our differences are. We all just try to have a great time while getting the work done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The way that they are always there for you. They never make you feel like they are better than anyone. They actually value any input that I may have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
How everyone is willing to help with whatever is needed. I never feel like I have to do anything alone. It truly is a family of people, everyone of all races, cultures, ages etc.... working together and enjoying being together.
