The open dialogue and people's ability to listen, be themselves, learn, and evolve. Plus, we have an awesome Culture Committee and our ERGs are doing great work.

How the team was genuinely interested in providing me with what I needed from the interview, just as much as they were trying to get to know me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how different everyone is on the team. It's good to see a balance of backgrounds and experiences. They also seem genuine to me and want people to understand what we're working on and why it's important. They openly share our successes, losses, and opportunities for advancement.
