What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a "team first" attitude at all times. Throughout a given week one of my colleagues will send a message that they need some quick help in a huddle. I'm always impressed at how many leaders take time to jump in and help, regardless of how busy we are!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We live and thrive in a fast-paced industry, which calls for some nimble decision making. I thoroughly enjoy working with our leadership team to innovate and do it quickly! We always want what is best for ShipBob, but there is never a time where we aren't willing to try new things!
