Most everyone lives and breathes the company values -- they are not just posters, but we talk about them often and try not to lose sight in the big picture.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed talking to folks in different functional areas of the business. The thought was to interview with leadership that I would be interacting with frequently, not just the hiring manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every single person just wants to do what is right for the company. Never hesitation about taking an early flight / call / meeting, and always thinking outside the box to get things done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are transparent and typically do not hold things back. Being a private company affords some of that ability, but I also feel I can go to any of them with a question and get an answer.
