Everyone is united on our goals. All points of view, whether from a picker or a VP, are given a platform. Leadership here is looking for the best solution, not just the one they presented.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance. My family has continuously been surprised when these costs come up. I believed my last employer had a great plan but Shipbob's plan has saved me more money than I could have anticipated
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If I do not know the answer to something, I can instantly find someone who does. Shipbob has created a culture where no one is afraid to ask these types of questions. We truly always seem to have out teammate's best interest in mind.
