I have a great manager and team but besides that there is nothing positive to say. I'm underpaid compared to the rest of the state and country, have high benefit payout, and am worried about job security and the future of this company. This job has added a lot a stress into my life.

No incentive to stay besides the fact that it's remote and difficult to find another job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every other company pays way more for the position I'm currently in. Shutterfly would rather hire someone new at a lower rate than increase mine to keep a valued employee.
