This company has gone through so much change in the last 7 years . Prior to that, employees had long tenure and said they loved their jobs. Now the employee population is newer and the past job knowledge is disappearing. I hope the new CEO is done cleaning house so we can feel stability again.

Stop micro managing tasks. Trust that the assigned task will be done by the deadline, if needed.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The introduction of AI (artificial intelligence) and movement of work to GenPact makes me afraid I will lose my job.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company allows remote working to continue. Connecting through Teams meetings can foster collaboration. We just do it differently from before when we met in person.
