What makes you most happy at work?
My passion is coaching and developing others. Each day I have an opportunity to work with people and support their hopes and dreams.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
UHC is a large insurance company and there are a variety of doctors to choose from. The company offers a package for people trying to lose weight and those with diabetes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company motto is based on making customers happy and sharing life's joy. This makes wanting to come to work easier as I feel that my work is important to our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is innovative and determined to find new and exciting ways to make SFLY relevant to different audiences. We have experienced quite a bit of change since I started but it looks like we are finally on the right track.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many of my coworkers have been with SFLY for a long time and they continually flaunt that information as if it makes them better than everyone else. My peer group is not diverse, and I am the only person that looks like me so there are time when my coworkers don't understand my point of view.
