I've been here a very long time so it's scary to leave. I have parts of my job that I like, but I keep getting asked to do more and more with very little support. The company continues to downsize and off-shore jobs and does not look at the quality of the person or the replacement when transitions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hybrid work environment and casual atmosphere when going into the office.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Discretionary time off and my manager's blessing to use plenty of it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Doing too much with not enough. Competing priorities from various departments and not enough bandwidth to be able to work on each team's varying #1 priorities.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The leaders have not done a good job of retaining the best talent and when positions open up, the backfill is not of the same level as the person they are replacing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Feels like the goals that they executive leadership team does not align with the staffing that is put in place at the lowest levels. Not enough worker bees to execute the queen's vision. We can't keep doing more and more with less and less.
