Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing pay on linkedin, we are underpaid. Also, the tiny increases year over year do not even cover the cost of living increases.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, getting the right people in front of company decisions, communication to the right people, managers need consistent training, stop with the layoffs, celebrate more (such as show off our photography or Shutterfly items, many things I hear about only because of LinkedIn
