It's not been bad lots of opportunities to make more via bonus. However, there's not a clear path to advance your career. Not bad if you don't mind being micromanaged a little.

We are remote so there's really no interaction. Everyone seems nice though
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are affordable. The vesting schedule for the retirement plan is very fair
What makes you most happy at work?
Option to work remotely Compensation is slightly above average Ability to make more based performance
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A raise to the actual wage not the bonus. (The bonus is taxed like crazy high). Possibly offer VTO during low schedule days instead of calling people that have been called 15+ times. Less rigid structure
