Though not perfect, Sitetracker has been an awesome place to work. Folks are friendly and welcoming and there is a drive to achieve for ourselves, our customers, and our world thru critical infrastructure. Mobility is here, and everyone gets significant agency to act on their ideas.
What did you like most about the interview process?
HR was communicative and everyone was friendly. No major issues or roadblocks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communication. Freedom to work remotely with no criticism. Unlimited PTO that is actually respected (at least from what I have seen).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is fairly transparent compared to most companies. CEO is great and involved. Also a big fan of marketing executive leadership. Other areas in Sales and Technology can be improved.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to be heard, treated as a professional and grown as a valued team member and employee. And most of all, getting to work on things that truly help our customers move the world forward and improve the lives of all.
What are some of the best things about your team?
True camaraderie. The team always works together, balances workloads, and shows they care. Everyone has a voice and is involved. And we are always pushed but never without support. It is the ideal environment for any professional but especially those wanting to grow.
