Getting to make a difference in the bottom line of my clients.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have benefited, as a marketer, in being apart of the team. My skill level has grown immensely as I learned from those around me. They are smart and passionate about what they do!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team works hard to make sure the environment is fun and team-spirited. While we are a remote company, I have gotten to know quite a few of my teammates and consider them friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ryan, the CEO of SmartBug is passionate about making SmartBug a place where marketers can grow and do excellent work for their clients. My direct leadership (Amber and Drew) work diligently to ensure that the team's culture is healthy, engaging, and collaborative.
