What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is incredibly smart and ambitious. Everyone on the team wants to rock it for the customer and you can feel it with the energy each person brings to the table.

They understand and always there to help. They truly have my best interest at hand and this is the first job where I felt like my leadership team really cares about me and my career.

My leadership team is beyond supportive and there really is no such thing as a "dumb question". I have full access to everyone from my immediate manager all the way to the CEO and they each are extremely easy to talk to and always provide guidance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing! Everyone works together to rock it for our clients and everyone is willing to jump in a be helpful. It's very rare that they only bring up problems, but they also find solutions to those problems. I wouldn't be able to have any successful strategies without their expertise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a belief of having a healthy SmartBug here and it's instilled from the top CEO all the way down. People want you to succeed here so everyone's willing to help and pull together when there are any fires to put out. No one here makes you feel dumb or less than.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am so proud and constantly brag to friends and family about how amazing the company culture is here. From top down, there is a very supportive, all inclusive feel that is spread around. There are Zoom channels that help us feel part of a group even though we're remote so you don't feel alone.
