Trustworthy team that is always willing to help out, brainstorm sessions are always useful, everyone's experience in current and past roles are the source of new ideas we can implement for clients
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While some days you feel isolated working from home, everyone communicates via Zoom and the engagement is always positive. The "shout outs" channel is a great outlet to share wins and give kudos to your coworkers.

Open to feedback, willing to implement it when and if it makes sense. I feel the leadership team truly cares about the well being of their employees, while also motivating them to do great work for our clients.

The leadership team constantly asks for feedback on how to improve the company's overall health. While not every idea can be implemented, they listen to employees and I believe they have our best interest in mind when rolling out new initiatives.

My previous ratings are based on my personal interview experience. I scheduled my video interviews as soon as I was sent calendar invitations—but the process still took about 6 weeks. I believe we've changed that and it's something the leadership team is still wor
