SmartBug is such a fun place to work. Even though we're a remote company I truly feel like it's the closest-knit company I've ever worked for. The culture here is amazing and I cannot recommend it more. The work is challenging but also so rewarding because my coworkers make everyday fun.

Being able to do fun work for interesting clients with my awesome coworkers.

Very open to suggestions and any feedback we could provide as employees. They truly care about internal development and feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to work from home and earning a competitive income that would otherwise be unattainable to me where I am located.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is so quick to shoutout/recognize success and good work performed by their coworkers. It's the most encouraging place I've ever worked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is so supportive. You can always ask a question and someone is usually around to get you an answer - even if you're not directly working together on a project.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are literally some of the smartest people I have ever met. Anytime I get to interact with a new team member, I feel like I learn innumerable amounts of information.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team really does seem to care about us as individuals, not just employees. When we have a teammate that gets married, has kids, chooses to go back for further education, anything like, that our leadership team seems to be some of the first with congratulations.
