I've been with SmartBug less than 6 months, but it's been my favorite company to be a part of so far. There are great training opportunities, friendly people to work with, room for growth, and solid communication even while remote.

They're great at being transparent and check-in with the team and individuals regularly.

It's a great group of people who genuinely enjoy what they do. Everyone is friendly and supportive of each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work remotely - and everyone still manages to connect with each other and have created a fun community. I'm lucky to be a part of this group.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have great co-workers I enjoy interacting with. I also genuinely enjoy my tasks every day and am lucky enough to get to learn something new every day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Every interview I did felt like a conversation, not like I was just being drilled with questions. Both sides were making sure we were a good fit for each other.
