The variety of what I get to do keeps my interest. I do not feel like I am wash/rinse/repeat each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we are all remote, the company puts an emphasis on making genuine connections with the people you work with. They also support this by having a yearly gathering to bring everyone together.
