The job is rewarding and fun, (basically getting paid to shop!) The friends I've made and the knowledge I've gained are invaluable as well.

Our leadership team is the best! They're very positive, glass half full kind of people. Mistakes always feel fixable and success always feels rewarded because of their thoughtfulness and guidance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Smith is always looking to do fun things for us. The other week we got free massages, which was amazing. We also have crawfish boils! It's just cute and fun.
