It's been amazing over the past 15 years at Smith. I have met many different people and have had the opportunity to work with very smart and witty individuals. I have enjoyed meeting people from different countries and walks of life. It has been very fulfilling when we can meet each other.

Interacting with certain members of the team...purchasing, QC, shipping, and other salespeople. I also appreciate meeting new people thru my customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to speak openly about my personality and views. Having people that also share the same values but also have different values and opinions. It is refreshing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team that is closest to me does what they can to help put me in the best position for success. They fight for me when it is necessary. They take a vested interest in me and my family. I appreciate that.
