Beyond what I could have imagined. From where I came from, my prior job in the same industry, I truly did not think this culture could exist in this industry. SMITH proved me wrong!
What makes you most happy at work?
The office banter. We are not over managed, we all know why we are here and what we need to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
In our office the tone is set from the top and that is professional yet relaxed, approachable, friendly and respectful, all in a fun atmosphere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher base salary. It would never cause me to leave but I do think they could do better. It has been brought to my manager's attention.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Except for a few, we all have similar work ethics and every day we come to work, to work, and do it in the best of atmospheres.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team leads by example. There has never been a time that I felt I could not bring up a concern or question and not get complete resolution. They truly aim to please and it is shown every day in every way.
