My coworkers are the best they listen, are constructive. We all get along until you reach upper management nobody gets along with them on my team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being treated like a person and not just a name. I work graveyards so management is rarely there and they never answer and questions or concerns unless it's morning even in emergency situations.
